Coaching for Adult Professionals with ADD/ADHD

R.E.A.L.

By partnering with a coach who is invested in your success, you will form strategies to overcome challenges and achieve positive, enduring change. Together, we’ll create and maintain personalized, measurable goals.

You already have everything you need to succeed. Whether as a coach asking the right questions or a consultant providing solutions, our role is to help you trust yourself and build the confidence to be self-sustaining.

The most powerful path to success lies in embracing your authentic self and harnessing your strengths. As your coach, consultant or thought partner, we will help you challenge stale habits and bring your genuine self to everything you do.

Our executive coaching process is designed to cultivate and refine your leadership skills through strategic thinking and developing emotional intelligence. You’ll learn to communicate, collaborate, delegate, and perform with greater impact.

ADD/ADHD Coaching

For adult professionals with Attention Deficit Disorder, partnering with an experienced coach can be particularly rewarding. Stress, overwhelm, and disorganization often stand between the adult with ADHD and professional success.

Our approach to ADHD coaching is creative and highly collaborative. Through client-driven coaching, you can develop an awareness of your strengths and unique challenges. With that awareness, you can then build a new set of skills and game plans to help you thrive and advance in your career.

Our focus:

  • Learning to set realistic goals
  • Honing strategic planning skills
  • Mastering task and time management
  • Organizing and managing your space
  • Vanquishing feelings of inadequacy
  • Strengthening communication skills
  • Maintaining motivation
  • Focusing on follow-through
